When will I get my completed portrait?
Each piece is personalized and hand-made from start to finish. These portraits are filled with time and love, and I want to make sure they are perfect! Because of this, my standard turnaround time is 6 - 8 weeks. This could change depending on my schedule and number of orders. Please be patient and know that I am working as quickly as I can!
What are the payment options?
I accept multiple payment methods, including credit card, via Square, Venmo, Paypal, and Cashapp.
What size are the completed portraits?
Most of my finished portraits can fit in a 4-inch hoop or a 4x6 inch frame. I have completed larger portraits, fitting into a 5-inch hoop or 5x7 inch frame. Each piece is different, and I will inform you of the size when I have completed the design!
What if I don't like my completed piece?
I strive to keep you informed and involved throughout the whole process of designing and stitching in hopes to avoid this, but if you do not like your finished product, please reach out to me!
